MINIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENT:
It is 2,000sf for a Ranch and 2,220 sf for a two-story.
LOT SIZES:
The lot sizes range from a 1/3 of an acre to 2/3 of an acre.
EXTERIOR COVENANTS
The covenants include:
- Full brick wrap on main level
- No vinyl
- House on basement or crawl space (no slabs)
- An 8/12 minimum roof pitch
- Architectural review required

BUILDERS
StoneBriar is an open
subdivision. This means any builder can build in StoneBriar as long as
the builder (along with the house plan being built) is approved by the
Architectural Control Committee. However, many of the lots are owned
by the primary builder, Hansen Custom Homes. It is actually the
owner of Hansen Custom Homes, who developed StoneBriar and formed the
